Xbox S downloading issue

My PC's does not use 40Mb/s or 10 Mb/s because they are turned off. They don't download anything, It is a problem of Xbox live which is limiting my download speed on XSX.

Despite all devices connected to your modem functioning correctly, it seems very unusual that 2 consoles would have the same issue. There are no issues with the servers, so it's a local problem. My initial advice is to rule out account issues, which I assume are the same on both consoles. To do this, you should try connecting at least one of the two console to an alternative connection, perhaps using the one on your smartphone as a hotspot. If you can initiate the downloads, then it's a problem between the consoles and the modem, and in that case, you might check for modem firmware updates or try resetting it.

Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

Also, if that didn't work, do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console?

Also, I’m having the same issue playing my 360 games on my Series S, my Xbox Live account won’t download onto any 360 game on my Series S.

I connected my Xbox series s to my mobile 5g hotspot and it did not resolve the issue. The games that I selected to download never got added to the queue to start downloading.
