I have the same problem too on Xbox One S. Shuts down my console every time when the power cables are connected. I've never had a game crash my actual system like this. I guess I will try again with skipping the cut scene, I don't have time to factory
reset my whole console.

Bom dia, não vai resolver a restauração completa. A princípio funcionou, porem depois de um tempo o problema volta nas outras CGs (cutscene). Não tem como resolver esse problema por enquando infelizmente.

Does anyone know how to solve the resident evil game problem 0 that turns off the consolhe xbox one s?

I have the same problem with my Xbox x it crashes on the first Marcus battle cutscene towards the end of the game it hard crashes my system and you cannot skip past the cutscene because the minute it cuts on it crashes there's no way to skip past it on Resident
Evil Zero HD remaster.

Boa tarde, eu tive esse mesmo problema e precisei fazer a restauração completa (aquela que apaga os jogos e App) para então o jogo voltar a funcionar normalmente. Pode ser a solução pra você também.
