Soft Factory Reset hasn't worked on Xbox One X too. Once the game has slipped the problem point but I had no time to save the progress. And next time everything has repeated. There was an update of RE 1 and RE 0 on October 16-17 but it hasn't solved the
problem.

 

Bom dia, eu já havia tentado esse procedimento mas resolvi tentar de novo porem sem sucesso, sigo com o mesmo problema. A unica maneira de conseguir jogar é cortando as cenas em CG apertando o botão menu rapidamente, porem perde toda a graça do jogo.

We would suggest at this point trying a more involved reset (FULL FACTORY RESET) This will delete everything FROM THE CONSOLE ONLY.
Nothing will be lost but the console will go all the way back to brand new Factory Defaults. Just follow the previous steps but choose the full reset.
Now this does mean all the games and apps will have to be re-downloaded, give it a shot and keep us posted!

I have the same problem of the game crashing when you choose "Yes" to connect the power cable on top of the train early in the game.

The crash comes in the cut scene so what I did was press the MENY-button on the controller really quick as soon as I chose "YES" to skip the cut scene and that got me passed the crash.

It is a temporary solution but the game still needs an update to get fixed since you have to save manually in the game and could loose a lot of play time if it crashes in another cut scene. There is also an achievement which includes playing the game through
without saving and THAT could really mess things up for you if the game crashes when you are doing a run to get that achievement.

I'm hoping that this will be reported to Capcom and the bugs will be corrected. Thank you!

 

Há um problema com a última atualização, é recomendado mudar para o modo de economia de energia para que o console não desligue novamente.

 

Boa tarde, eu tive esse mesmo problema e precisei fazer a restauração completa (aquela que apaga os jogos e App) para então o jogo voltar a funcionar normalmente. Pode ser a solução pra você também.

 

It did not help, unfortunately. Thanks anyway. Guess I have to wait for some kind of update to fix it.
