bom dia, estou com problemas no meu xbox s no jogo resident evil 0 o mesmo quando chega na primeira cg em cima do trem onde se junta dois cabos e ou na do trem freando o mesmo trava a cg e desliga do nada e o controle fica acesso travado já restaurei configurações
de fabrica já baixei o game novamente tanto no HD interno quanto no externo e continua do mesmo jeito e esse problema so aparece nesse game outros jogos estão funcionando normalmente

Since the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a
Soft Factory Reset
(while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!
