Sorry to hear you are having some issues, but per the warranty exclusion statement:

5. Warranty Exclusions

Microsoft is not responsible and this warranty does not apply if Your Xbox One or Accessory is:

(a) damaged by use with products not sold or licensed by Microsoft (including, for example, games and accessories not manufactured or licensed by Microsoft, and “pirated” games, etc.);

(b) used for commercial purposes (including, for example, rental, pay-per-play, etc.);

(c) opened, modified, or tampered with (including, for example, any attempt to defeat anyXbox One or Accessory technical limitation, security, or anti-piracy mechanism, etc.), or its serial number is altered or removed;

(d) damaged by any external cause (including, for example, by being dropped, used with inadequate ventilation, etc., or failure to follow instructions in the instruction manual for theXbox One or Accessory);

(e) scratched, dented, etc. or shows other cosmetic damage; or

(f) repaired by anyone other than Microsoft.

So if the console warranty was voided by the repair team, that means it fell into one of these categories. Even if you didn't open the console and broke the seal of the sticker, then this voids the warranty. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear like there is
going to be anything else you can do with Microsoft Support at this point if service rejected the console for a warranty violation.

Lol I meant Story, terrible error

I have the same question and it terribly frustrating. There error code that comes up when I am trying to login to my Xbox Live is 80151103.

I found the satchel charges to be greatly less effective, but for all my research I've decided it's user error.

Not sure whats going on, but since this patch hit I am in a terrible terrible slump.

Same error here. Unable to download FH5. This is terrible, any solution working.
