    I started a roblox account on xbox one and i can't join groups for extra perks in certain games.is there a way i can sign in on a pc so i can join groups that way?my roblox account was created on an xbox one and merged with my xbox gamer profile.

    Were you unable to get the robux on the PC or Xbox version? If it's the PC version not loading I would contact Roblox's help directly, or try to go through Xbox support but it may be an issue with Robloxs side. Despite you purchasing the 'bux through Microsoft
    you may still have to confirm it with Roblox if you're looking for it on PC.

    Contact Roblox support. Because Roblox is a cross platform game with many PC / Apple / Android and non xbox users (majority non-xbox) there is most likely the chance the user would need to be reported via Roblox https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us

    Id try contact xbox support if its not appearing on your xbox roblox as well as the PC roblox they can atleast vonfirm if the purchase went through on their end and maybe even resolve this issue.

    Can you log in normally with your child's account from your PC on the Xbox website?

    Although the Roblox game is free it belongs to Roblox Corporation, i.e. as much as your child has the Microsoft account, so that he can play Roblox the account must be linked to the Developer of Roblox.

    Can't log in or sign in to roblox on xbox series s. We tried clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, unlinking account. We checked for updates, wifi and firewall issues, none.
