Roblox accounts automatically created on Xbox are tied to your Xbox profile and cannot be transferred or used on mobile devices. To play on your mobile device, you'll need to create a new account in the mobile app or use an existing account you created outside of Xbox.

You can also try install the game remotely using a Mobile device. You can download the Mobile Device Xbox App > Sign in with your account > Link your Device to your console > Download and install the game from your Mobile Device.
