    Dear Microsoft, Xbox Support

    Sad to say I’m very disappointed at the way your company handled my situation. I guess it is true what they say, you guys really don’t care about your customers, even when you guys were in the wrong 100%. Because of your mistake,
    I was robbed of my Limited-Edition Gears of War Elite controller and my trust in you as a company. I’m a huge collector and gamer, but I know you guys don’t care. To you it was nothing more than a controller, to me it was pride in having a limited collection
    from a well loved franchise, one of my favorites of all time. To me it was joy in owning a piece of history, to me it made me happy as a gamer and collector in having this amazing controller. Now according to you guys it’s recycled, junk. You have no way of
    replacing something that has been out of stock for over a year and yet promised to replace it with another limited edition when I first spoke to a representative at your company. If I knew from the start that I wasn’t going to get another limited edition elite
    controller I would have kept it as it was, with a broken thumbstick. Now all I’m left with is an incomplete collection (I have gears Xbox One S, Gears Headset) heartbreak and mistrust in your company. This is truly horrible, and a gamers worse nightmare. Your
    way of dealing with my situation is to throw a regular Elite Controller and $60 MS credit and that’s it, take it or leave and “That’s all we can do for you” is what the Xbox Customer service Supervisor John kept on repeating! . No choice of getting my controller
    back, no reimbursement of $218 for what I paid, no offer of another kind of limited edition controller of a different game…. Just what you offer and only that, even though your representative made the mistake, a HUGE one. 15 years of being a loyal customer
    thousands of dollars spent on all your gaming product, and “That’s all we can do”. Thank you for making me feel like my money and support means nothing. Thank you for destroying my collection. Thank you for showing how much you care .. this is all i'm left
    with, frustration, trying to get another elite controller that goes for about $700 now online, incomplete collection, and a horrible experience with your company

    Xbox Live robbed me

    Earlier today I wanted to go on Xbox to purchase an item. When I got to the market I found that it was down. At a later time went back on to check and to my surprise it worked. The only thing is that when I went to make the transaction it took the money
    out of my account and said content is not available. Microsoft please, just figure out how to keep a server running without taking my money.

    For microsoft to have your card details you must have entered them in the account creation section. Possibly you signed up for the free month of gold that enabled Auto renewal to a years subscription at the end. Always read the small print

    a reason why the customer was unable to purchase 3 months gold. i would then wait exactly 3 months and 2 weeks, suspend his account.....HEY PRESTO......Customer forced to pay to unransom his netflix and silver membership.......to unfreeze account you will
    need xbox phone number, 40 quid and some KY Jelly. seriously your options are pay up or make a new account (check TC's for possible violations?).other possibilities are finding that email! and/or...finding a way to view your purchase history/GOOD LUCK

    Ultimately, Viral is correct. Phone support will be the best route here. You can however, check out your billing portal via logging in to the below site. You should see a clear list of transactions there. Boas makes a good point too, an expired card can
    cause these issues.

    i am having similar problems with microsoft-but my problem is that when i first purchased my" xbox one" i had to access the internet to be able to go through the set-up process.

    having done that and created my username and password account and other bits and bobs-including giving my email details-i thought that was all i needed to do--to be able to use my xbox and i proceeded to use the "fifa soccer game" that came with my purchase.

    i had no intention of wanting to use my xbox to access and play games with other xbox users over the internet and definately did not want to subscribe to the xbox one live gold subscription service which costs--£39.99 per year.

    after a couple of weeks of using my xbox and playing "fifa soccer! and other games that i had also purchased-i got bored and decided to put my box away into a cupboard.

    i had bought the console in december-2013 for £449 from my local argos store in derby.

    Last week i was checking my google email account and noticed an odd email from microsoft referring to the fact that they had taken £39.99 from my credit card account--dated--13th january--2015 awasthis year"s payment that was due for the "xbox-one gold live
    subscription" servic

    i thought to myself--what!!!--what service!!!--i never had subscribed to xbox-live--and how on earth had microsoft gotten hold of my credit card details--when i had never ever-knowingly given them my details anyway.

    i then thought-i wonder if they had also charged my credit card for the same amount of £39.99 for the year previous to this year and sure enough-they had taken £39.99 from my card.

    so!!-now!!--without permission from myself and now beginning to get very paranoid and very angry at microsoft for taking monies-totalling-£79.98-for a subscription service-that i never knew existed and have never used-and even more worrying-how on earth
    did they get hold of my credit card details.

    i am concerned and also wondering whether this has happened to other people--or is this just a "one--off!!--or is this a common theme that is happening to lots of other punters.

    i have tried to contact the ""support service""--without success!!
