Your progress for this offer is shown on the Games on Demand offer page accessed from the MyMissions page. The 1 - 2 - 3 punchcard at the top of the page will show you how many punches you have so far. Since Mass Effect is an eligible title for this offer,

Are you in the U.S.A? Xbox rewards is being re-branded as Microsoft rewards so try searching for that? If you're outside the U.S it may not be available in your country.
