    Hi.

    i have preorded Resident Evil 7 and Ghost recon wildlands, and about to preorder ME: Andromeda. but i can see that i got any bonus for this. thats 2 out of 3 games for the ON DEMAND GAMES mission. can you confirm that if i preorder ME Andromeda i will get
    the 15 000 points.

    Are you in the U.S.A? Xbox rewards is being re-branded as Microsoft rewards so try searching for that? If you're outside the U.S it may not be available in your country.

    Used my points to redeem the Xbox Game Pass about a week ago, and I still haven't got it :(

    You will need to try emailing Microsoft Rewards support. That is the only way to get support for their program. Xbox Rewards is a separate program and their support cannot assist with Microsoft Rewars.
