    Hello, please excuse my following mistakes, english is'nt my native language.

    Anyways,I'm a member of Xbox Rewards since 2015 and i got a problem. You can get real money for participating in challenges or for achievements. But that last one doesn't work for me. I have 14500 Gamerscore at the moment, but if i look how much money i
    will get this month,its a pretty small amount and if i look why it says i havent got any achievements, although i made 435g just this month. This isnt only this month, its like that since i changed from Xbox 360 to the One. I'd be very thankful if someody
    would explain it to me and maybe hep me fix it.

    Did you get your freebies from Xbox Live Rewards 5yr celebration?

    I never get shit for being in the rewards program. I've been downloading a lot of digital games for Xbox One and haven't received any credits. Xbox rewards is garbage.

    I have Xbox Live Rewards too but I think the $15 Rewards credit is only good if you buy the physical copy through MicrosoftStore.com...?

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Achievements only earn credits if there is a specific offer for them. There currently are no offers to receive credits for earning them. Generally if there
    is, the offer involves purchasing a specific type of game and earning a set number of achievements in that game.

    Never received my rewards!

    It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

    I thought it was the other way around that xbox rewards was turning into Microsoft rewards.

    Na, what we using here are called "Live" rewards, the other one is called Xbox rewards/Microsoft rewards(what we bout to switch to).
    Actually this is the Xbox Live Rewards program. What it is being switched to is Microsoft Rewards. There is no Live Rewards.

    What is? If you mean the Rewards program, you're thinking of Microsoft Rewards. That's a different program from the Xbox Rewards program. Xbox Rewards was run by a third party and ran at the same time as the Microsoft Rewards program for a while. Microsoft eventually shut down the Xbox Rewards program and opened the Microsoft Rewards program to more countries.

    Only Xbox Live Rewards members are eligible for Rewards. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, you are not eligible for any Rewards.

    Haven't received my 50000 points for Upgrading to the Xbox One X.

    That is an image from the Microsoft Rewards app, not the Xbox Rewards program. So it's a Microsoft Rewards offer. You will need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program again as Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist.
