    Xbox Rewards


    I tried to exchange/deposit some Xbox Reward points around the middle of Jan, was told the turn over date was around th 29th. Checked two weeks ago and nada, it's only 3600, however I have no idea what the conversion rate is. Tried again around the 1st-2nd
    Feb, it said turnover was the 15th, still nothing there. Spoke to customer support who passed me onto a page where I could email the right department. However this was just the " My Rewards " page and I'm still none the wiser. Just checked again and it says
    my " deposit request was successfully submitted ". It's said that for a month now. I've never tried it before this, and have no idea what I do with them. Does anyone know if they are having issues, or my 3600 points is worth about threepence hapenny and not
    worth messing about with?

    Did you get your freebies from Xbox Live Rewards 5yr celebration?

    I never get shit for being in the rewards program. I've been downloading a lot of digital games for Xbox One and haven't received any credits. Xbox rewards is garbage.

    I have Xbox Live Rewards too but I think the $15 Rewards credit is only good if you buy the physical copy through MicrosoftStore.com...?

    You should have gotten a Rewards statement emailed to you at the same time as the deposit on the 12th. If they are having issues deposited credits into your account, then the email would say so. If that is the case, you will need to post here -

    You can check the program's FAQ for how much credits are. 5,000 credits is equal to $5.00USD. So 3600 credits is not much really, but if there is any issue with them depositing credits in your account it's best to go ahead and get it fixed before you do
    earn a lot.

    No, just checked my emails Smwutches. No problem as it looks like it's worth around £2.50. I'll check again on the 26th. Thanks for the reply Xbox Rewards :)

    Never received my rewards!

    It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

    I thought it was the other way around that xbox rewards was turning into Microsoft rewards.

    Na, what we using here are called "Live" rewards, the other one is called Xbox rewards/Microsoft rewards(what we bout to switch to).
    Actually this is the Xbox Live Rewards program. What it is being switched to is Microsoft Rewards. There is no Live Rewards.

    What is? If you mean the Rewards program, you're thinking of Microsoft Rewards. That's a different program from the Xbox Rewards program. Xbox Rewards was run by a third party and ran at the same time as the Microsoft Rewards program for a while. Microsoft eventually shut down the Xbox Rewards program and opened the Microsoft Rewards program to more countries.

    Only Xbox Live Rewards members are eligible for Rewards. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, you are not eligible for any Rewards.

    Haven't received my 50000 points for Upgrading to the Xbox One X.

    That is an image from the Microsoft Rewards app, not the Xbox Rewards program. So it's a Microsoft Rewards offer. You will need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program again as Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist.
