xbox rewards

ive got $306 waiting to go into my account. my account is up to date, but rewards doesn't like something about my account. anyone have any idea how I can get this fixed?

I never get shit for being in the rewards program. I've been downloading a lot of digital games for Xbox One and haven't received any credits. Xbox rewards is garbage.

I have Xbox Live Rewards too but I think the $15 Rewards credit is only good if you buy the physical copy through MicrosoftStore.com...?
