Xbox Rewards

So i just recently got Xbox rewards on my Xbox one X but i didn't get the rewards for owning Far Cry 5, State of Decay 2, or my Xbox one X. Does anyone know how to get the points?

Did you get your freebies from Xbox Live Rewards 5yr celebration?

I never get shit for being in the rewards program. I've been downloading a lot of digital games for Xbox One and haven't received any credits. Xbox rewards is garbage.

I have Xbox Live Rewards too but I think the $15 Rewards credit is only good if you buy the physical copy through MicrosoftStore.com...?

Could you explain why when you contact the Reward Customer Support, they advise whomever is contacting them to post in the forums? Have had to speak with them and that is the response I have repeatedly recieved with my issue.
