Xbox Rewards

Hello there, so my xbox live lifetime reward credit did not convert on my account .Can you guys please process them by the 30th of this month? I contacted the Xbox costumer service, and they asked me to posted it in here. Thank you in advance.

Did you get your freebies from Xbox Live Rewards 5yr celebration?

I never get shit for being in the rewards program. I've been downloading a lot of digital games for Xbox One and haven't received any credits. Xbox rewards is garbage.

I have Xbox Live Rewards too but I think the $15 Rewards credit is only good if you buy the physical copy through MicrosoftStore.com...?

Your lifetime credits earned is the total amount of credits you've earned since joining the program. It includes all credits that are pending as well as any that have already been deposited. If you have received deposits, the dates they were deposited are
listed in your statement on the MyRewards section of the site. You can verify the deposits at http://commerce.microsoft.com

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending or you can request a deposit when you have at least 1,000 credits pending (but less than 5,000) and they will be deposited on the date listed on
the site at the time that you make the request.
