xbox rewards wont deposit

Discus and support xbox rewards wont deposit in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; on 8/03 my rewards credit balance turned 5500. it did deposited to my xbox live account by 15th. on 19/03 via VIp Vault i redemmed another 5000 reward...     xbox rewards wont deposit


    on 8/03 my rewards credit balance turned 5500. it did deposited to my xbox live account by 15th.

    on 19/03 via VIp Vault i redemmed another 5000 reward credit, its still wont show up in reward balance and still those 5500 credits havent been deposited.

    My credit balance on the xbox love rewards page is wrong and because of this the page wont let me make an early deposit

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you get to 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
    by the 15th of the next month. So the 5500 would be deposited at the end of this month which will take place on the 29th.

    Credits you redeem take about 96 hours to show as pending, so it hasn't been enough time to see them pending. They would be deposited by mid-April.

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you
