Xbox rewards weekly set not giving points

For at least 14 weeks now I have been trying to get Microsoft to understand that the Xbox rewards weekly set is not reflecting the points that I have earned. At my 90th week it did not reflect the 2,500 points I was allotted and it hasn't worked right since. I have since passed my 100th week and still no reflection of my 2,500 points for that nor does the weekly treasure or the 5 points for looking at games But it does reflect purchases and achieve more earn more. I would love for Microsoft to listen and actually help me fix this because 14 weeks is a long time and I would love to know where my points actually stand. I have contacted them many times and have just opened my umpteenth ticket on this issue. Any ideas other than signing out online, cleaning and signing back in or shutting Xbox off for more than 5 minutes, removing account and logging back in?

I have been getting the same robotic response every week when I write in;

"This is Ace from Microsoft Rewards support and I will be assisting you with Service Request 1539527606. I hope that you are having an incredible week despite of your concern.

You reported that you did not receive your milestone points and that your weekly streak has reset. I understand that you worked hard to get this far in weekly streak and not getting the points for it could really be concerning.

Allow me to inform you that upon checking your account, I have confirmed that the 2500 points for your 40th week streak has been already credited to your account. Please be guided that the succeeding milestone points will be credited every 10 weeks thereafter. Also, I have confirmed that your weekly streak is still intact at 43 weeks.

I hope that you find this information helpful. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to let us know.

We appreciate your participation in the Microsoft Rewards program."

I even sent them a video proving its not working.

It seems they know its broken and just dont want to pay out the points. So far 2800 points that I've not received. And surely its much more because I just now started paying attention.
