Xbox Rewards Weekly Set Isnt giving points

When I completed week 40, the 2500 bonus points were not added to my points total. I contacted rewards support, and they told me it says the points were added to my account (they weren't)

This week I just completed week 41 for 100 points and it ALSO did not show up in my points.

However I completed the achievement quest for 50 points and THOSE points did appear.

There is a glitch showing Microsoft it appeared when it did not give me the points. If you look through my points history youll see the math doesnt add up. The weekly points streak reward system seems to be broken.

Thats not 2600 points i have not received. I can assume its probably a lot more because I only recently started paying close attention to it.

For example I started today with 347 points. I needed one achievement to complete the 3 achievement quest for the weekly reward set. I got the achievement, completed the reward set, and I still have 347 points. I then complete the "achive more earn more" for 50 points, and THEN i get the points.

I have been getting the same robotic response every week when I write in;

"This is Ace from Microsoft Rewards support and I will be assisting you with Service Request 1539527606. I hope that you are having an incredible week despite of your concern.

You reported that you did not receive your milestone points and that your weekly streak has reset. I understand that you worked hard to get this far in weekly streak and not getting the points for it could really be concerning.

Allow me to inform you that upon checking your account, I have confirmed that the 2500 points for your 40th week streak has been already credited to your account. Please be guided that the succeeding milestone points will be credited every 10 weeks thereafter. Also, I have confirmed that your weekly streak is still intact at 43 weeks.

I hope that you find this information helpful. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to let us know.

We appreciate your participation in the Microsoft Rewards program."

I even sent them a video proving its not working.

It seems they know its broken and just dont want to pay out the points. So far 2800 points that I've not received. And surely its much more because I just now started paying attention.
