Xbox Rewards website - lost progress

Discus and support Xbox Rewards website - lost progress in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I've noticed "my reward" page on the reward program to be completely reset.     I've noticed "my reward" page on the reward program to be completely reset.

    Join date is shown as "??????"

    I really don't like losing my loyalty progress as a loyal customer.

    Should i just assume there is a malfunction and it will be solved asap?

    Game constantly says server connection lost and it does not pick up your game in progress when it comes back on also lost money and rewards! FIX IT!!!!!

    Is there anywhere I can see the old rewards progress now that the website has updated to the new missions this month??

    I have not received all the reward points I should have yet and just wanted to see if I can see the progress of last month's missions anywhere?

    Apologies for the confusion. Your initial suspicion is correct, and this was an unintended malfunction. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all.
    We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information that is accurate up to yesterday morning. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Lost progress

    Hello, My name is Jesse. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

    To retrieve a lost save from the cloud, Go to My games & apps.

    - Highlight the game.

    - Press the Menu button and select Manage game and add-ons.

    - Go to saved Data and clear local saves.

    - Then, Select the game tile, and then choose Select all to make sure all available content gets installed.

    - Select Save changes and wait for the content to install.

    - Relaunch the game.

    If that fails, then you can try to reach out to EA support for assistance. You can do that here help.ea.com

    Progress lost

    The only thing that should have happened with a forced gamer tag change is the name change.

    Now on any 360 including the emulator on the one you would have to redownload the profile to the console.

    if on the one you can follow these steps to redownload the profile for the 360.

    1. load up any 360 game

    2. once loaded hit the start and select buttons on the controller (small little round buttons on either side of the big xbox button) at same time this will bring up the 360 guide.

    3. choose download profile

    4. enter in email and password

    this will bring back any progress for the 360 games but you should not have lost any progress on any xbox game at all due to the name change.

    We have determined that there is currently an issue with MyVIP calculations that is causing some users to see a decrease in progress. We have found the root cause for this problem, and are currently in the process of deploying a hotfix for the issue. Apologies
