Xbox rewards VIP

I'm beginning to wonder if something is wrong in regards to my rewards. I had made purchases (preorders) a few weeks back for Madden 18 and destiny 2 and my rewards status and points have yet to show up. It also didn't count on the rewards missions either.
Not sure what is needed from me but any help is greatly appreciated

Just to let you know an Xbox Live Rewards Topics/Post should be posted in

Xbox Rewards Support section of Forums. When you have VIP it means you have been selected as a VIP and now have unlocked a VIP Exclusive and it's shown under VIP Rewards on the My Reward Page.

Support will check on the punchcard offer (you did need 3 games in order to complete it and receive credits), but preorders are not eligible for VIP.

Keep in mind that since you are progressing towards your third MyVIP star ($900) a purchase of $59.99 for Madden 18 would only be 6% progress. We see that your progress is accurate for your MyVIP eligible purchases. Please note that pre-orders are not eligible
for MyVIP, as stated in the FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

So your purchase of Madden 18, which was not a pre-order, was eligible for MyVIP, and awarded progress, but your pre-order of Destiny 2 was not. While that purchase did count as one punch on the Games on Demand offer, that offer requires the purchase of
three eligible pre-orders within the offer period to complete the offer for Credits, as specified in that offer's FAQ.
