Xbox Rewards VIP High Roller

Hello, I was told by support to contact here to get the ball rolling apparently. I didn't get into the VIP High Roller even though according to support I should have been in and eligible. I was told to provide this reference number #: 1392721330 and post
here so hopefully thats right.

Apparently I won something?

Went to check my email today and got one from Xbox Live Rewards telling me that I have been invited to a VIP High Roller Room. I put in my details, span the wheel and got an Xbox Wireless Controller - Shelter Boy. I'm really unsure if the email I got was
legitimate. Any help is appreciated.

Im having a issue with my rewards and stuff ive been a xbox rewards member since 2012 and never used any points but my vip level and points isnt as high as i think it should be having it that long

Phone and chat support do not handle the Rewards program so they can not verify eligibility for certain offers. Also, reference numbers are only used by phone and chat support and should not actually be posted on the forums. Offers like that are only given
to select members and are sent out at random. If you did not receive the offer, then you were not one of the accounts chosen.
