    Xbox Rewards Trouble


    Good evening,

    On March 10 I bought 2 games on Microsoft store, accessing it by the rewards email and accepting the Mission as I was told. Even thought all the requisites were completed, no credits are shown on my account, not even as "pending". According to the FAQ, the
    6.000 credits for expending more than 132 reais should appear in my account in up to 96h.

    Hello Pellucci,

    Since you registered into the program as a US Rewards member, we are only tracking and Rewarding purchases made in USD. Since your purchases were made with a different regional currency, they are not eligible for Rewards. Furthermore, any accrued Credits
    will be unable to deposit as we will be unable to deposit USD from your US Rewards Account into your Brazilian Microsoft Account, which will only take BRL.

    If you encounter a deposit issue, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.
    Another option if you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at (
    https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ ) , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post
    after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    As mentioned on the registration page, it can take 48-96 hours to fully activate an account. We see that your account is now fully registered, and your survey Credits and registration date has been populated.

    It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing offers. So it would be too soon to see credits pending for the survey. Same with your "member since" date. Usually you just need to give the program a few days to recognize new activity.

    Stats do not update in real time and generally only update every couple of weeks.
