    Xbox rewards support please help

    You would need to post in the support section of this forum in order for support to check into it for you. Keep in mind credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you
    get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    Part of the problem with high profile game promotions like the Shark Card one is that people don't read any of the conditions. If they did, they would know that the promotion runs until the 22nd and reward credits will be added after the 25th. People just
    need to pay attention to things and realize that it is not something that happens as soon as you make the purchase.
