There are multiple reports of this on these boards happening today .

Can only hope but I have a new issue as my daily opening the app total is stuck on one day and openedon 3 separate days lol you just can't make this sh*t up.

I don't seem to be doing so well and really thinking of packing in rewards as if you look on the American site they get 100's of point to our dwindling amounts.

Dwindling rewards, broken rewards 😢 is it really worth it. seriously thinking of cashing out and not bothering anymore.

Just wish support would answer me, tried phoning and get a pre recorded message to request a call back, tried that and get an error message stating its a technical error their end.

So I'm in a lose lose situation 🙃 😕 🙂 😐 😞 😔

Indeed problem fixed itself after completing the set. However it does help to open a support case. Final note, the problem is back once again this week :|

There is a problem with that though. When trying to fill out a request I get the error of



When trying to fill out the " The email address for us to send you a response" part. This is using almost 5 different emails.

As this is the only way to get something across to the team, I am not sure what else I can do.

EDIT: I was able to send a support ticket today. I will update with what they say if they get back to me.

Exactly I know that I completed it because I've also finished the monthly set that confirmed I'd done the weekly quest, really annoying
