Xbox Rewards Quests not registering

Many of my quests and achievements aren't logging! For instance my son collected the 400 Candies for Costume Quest 2 but the quest hasn't registered as complete. This is doing my head in as I've downloaded at least 6 games from gamepass phone app but
haven't received the rewards for that either. Only a few days left.

Thanks but I tried that for the last 4 days and it wont submit because...see the highlighted bit in yellow at the bottom.

AS mentioned above, they are not accepting my submission, this is what I'm getting when I go to submit (for the last 4 days) "We're sorry, but something went wrong on our end. Please try again later"

In order for them to register in your Microsoft Rewards, you have to complete achievements during the week that the quests are available. Any achievements completed before or after the quest is over, you will not receive points for them.
