    Xbox Rewards Question for Support On My Account Please


    I was wondering if you could please tell me what I need to do to finish reaching VIP 5? I appear to be $10 away, but I doubt this is the precisely exact amount. If I could be provided with the exact amount that I have yet to go in order to finally reach
    this goal, please let me know how much further is remaining and what I must do for my account specifically to reach this status please?

    You are currently at 96% progress towards your fifth MyVIP star. According to the FAQ, the minimum requirement for your fifth star in your region is 1800 USD. Currently, you must spend 67.93 USD on MyVIP eligible content to reach your fifth star, as of April
    1st. Since it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity, if you have recently made additional purchases, we may not have received that data at the current time.

    You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum in order for support to check into your account. The rewards program is not run by Microsoft which is why regular Xbox support cannot assist.
