    XBOX Rewards program


    Hey,

    So I know this is not the right area to ask but I have been searching the rewards website for a while and all the contact us links or help links all just take you to the generic xbox website. I am just wondering does anyone know who to contact to get this
    fixed. My issue is my gold membership ran out and I renewed it; however I did not get anything from the xbox rewards program even though on the website it says you will get reward points for signing up for 12 months of gold membership.

    I feel pretty stupid asking this but Im not sure where else to go so figured id see what the xbox community has to say.

    Which rewards program are you referring to? Microsoft (Bing) Rewards or the Xbox Rewards program?

    Hey mate, I found this on the FAQ:

    I renewed my Xbox Live Gold membership and I didn't get my Rewards Credits. Why?

    Credits for renewing your Xbox Live Gold membership will appear on your MyRewards page within 2 days of your current Xbox Live Gold membership ending and the new one beginning. In addition, if you allow your Xbox Live Gold membership to expire before you
    renew your Xbox Live Gold membership, you will be ineligible for this offer.

    What is? If you mean the Rewards program, you're thinking of Microsoft Rewards. That's a different program from the Xbox Rewards program. Xbox Rewards was run by a third party and ran at the same time as the Microsoft Rewards program for a while. Microsoft eventually shut down the Xbox Rewards program and opened the Microsoft Rewards program to more countries.

    Why do I have 2 Xbox rewards accounts?

    The rewards on the drop down menu are for the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards program.

    For help with the Rewards program, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Program Questions support forum.

    The Xbox Rewards program and Microsoft Rewards program are 2 separate programs, so it's not just the name changing. Offers from the Microsoft Rewards program are different. You'll earn Microsoft Rewards points for completing them and can use those points
    to redeem gift cards (for Live, Xbox, Amazon, etc.). Any credits you have pending on the program should be deposited this month. Otherwise, they will be transferred to the Microsoft Rewards program as their points.

    As stated on the site, the Xbox Rewards program was changed to the Microsoft Rewards program so it is no longer available. The Xbox Rewards program did not give credits based on achievements.
