Xbox rewards program, 50,000 rewards credit and FREE game while purchasing Xbox One S

I purchased the Battlefield 1 bundle with Gears of War 4 and The Crew. I noticed that Microsoftstore.com had given the option to get a free game (Gears of War 4) but there was no way of redeeming my free game from the Rewards program, as they are two separate
promotions. I was only able to redeem one promotion (Microsoft, not Rewards)

when will i get 50,000 reward credits

I bought the Gears of war 4 s bundle on Nov. 16th and I haven't received the 50,000 credits yet. I received the Xbox one s bundle and free game on Nov. 21st but no 50,000 reward credits. On Xbox live rewards when you go to mymissions it says you'll get
50,000 reward credits, free game and expedited shipping when you buy an Xbox one s on Microsoftstore.com. I did that, would like to know if I'll get the 50,000 reward credits or if I wasted a lot of money for an Xbox one s when I have an Xbox one.

I need help regarding the Xbox Live Rewards Promotion

Hi,

I purchased an Xbox One S from the Microsoft Store online on December 10th. Upon purchasing the Xbox, I saw the promotion for Xbox Live Rewards that Xbox One S purchases get 50,000 reward points and a free game. Because I was not enrolled in the rewards
program at the time of purchase of the Xbox, it took 2 days to get enrolled in the program. Am I in any way eligible for the Rewards Promotion?

The free game is a promotion technically separate. You should have been given an option to choose a free game at checkout but it could depend on the bundle you chose. You would need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com for that.

We can only Reward purchases made while being a member of the Rewards program. Since your purchase was made outside of our program, we cannot Reward that purchase. Furthermore, as Smwutches says, the 50,000 Credit offers were only for select members. Users
are only eligible for offers shown on their MyMissions page while logged into the Rewards website.

For help with Rewards program offers, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum.

Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.

Thanks, that's mean for 50,000 rewards credits they will be directly deposited as USD $50 to my account? (I'm in the US)

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. The 50,000 credit offer was only given to select Rewards members. If you were not chosen for that offer, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits.
