Xbox Rewards Problems

The features for this program are poorly designed and even more poorly implemented. For instance, none of the quests are available to us to view in the dashboard of our Xbox One, nor do the features exist within the windows Xbox application. I find these
things to be very crucial to me as a user of your services, and I regret every second that I continue to neglect my own standards just to feel like I'm not entirely wasting my money with Microsoft. A fair share of my time gets wasted every day checking to
see if the system is even registering my achievements, and that also bothers me, because I value my life and don't want it to be wasted living in the customer support line, trying to manifest my own working version of a service in which I'm already paying
more for than it is worth to me. I'm not an avid complainer, and I won't sit around worrying about the outcome of my comment here, but I do insist that those who agree with me do the same... Speak up!!! At least let them know you've been duped as well, and
feel like they need to step up their game before they scare us all to other game services, or worse yet, away from gaming entirely...

Quests are not a part of the Xbox Rewards program. If you need assistance with quests, you'd want to post in the sales and promotions forum.

Excuse me, but there is no need to snark at me sir... I meant to say "Missions" and I'm not referring to those features alone, I'm generalizing in my specification, because I meant to include all my complaints in one bundle to the service team that seemed
applicable enough to me to handle a discussion about the way services for xbox rewards work... because this is the place for "Discussion" is it not?

I just want to discuss these things, and I am not looking for assistance on anything with microsoft or xbox rewards as of yet.

I filed a complaint. It is either duly noted, ignored, or forgotten. Please do not be an epic loser and respond with more snark to try to comfort your sore behind from the proverbial butt kicking that you just have received, for I will enjoy it too much if
you humor me anymore with the idea that you actually could offer assistance to anyone at all ever from your position.

For Rewards problems you'd actually contact Microsoft Rewards support, not regular Xbox support. There's a contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

Hello ComaDrummers,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). We do not see any survey completions on your account. Be sure to fully fill out
the monthly survey completely to finish that offer. There are no Credits for completing the polls on the MyCommunity page.

Support will double check everything else, but as of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

A few things to keep in mind: If you just recently upgraded to gold, it can take several days for the site to recognize the update since their servers take longer to update. Also, not all gold subscriptions are recognized on the program such as promotional
gold, trials, and secondary members of family plans.
