    Xbox Rewards Preordering Punchcard Not Crediting


    I preordered Watchdogs 2, Dishonored 2 and Call of Duty and have not received any of my 15,000 credits after the 96 hours after Watchdogs 2 has been released. All three say "preordered" under each game I preordered but there are no credits pending and I have
    not received anything. 2 out of the 3 circles on the mission page are green with the third one still white.

    Why haven't I received my points?

    For the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard I have not received my rewards from preordering from the xbox store,

    Sniper Elite 4

    Ghost Recon

    Mass Effect Andromeda

    Xbox Rewards No Reward for Preorder

    That's referring to the Destiny punchcard offer through the Microsoft Rewards program (preorders did not count for that offer, you had to purchase the game after release), not the Xbox Rewards program. The two programs are different. For the Xbox Rewards
    program, the only offer to receive credits for Destiny was the Games on Demand punchcard which involved preordering 3 games.

    If you want to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to do so through their contact link on their redemption page.

    Since your purchase of Watch Dogs 2 was made on that games release date, it was not counted toward Games on Demand. Since it was still a pre-order at the time of your purchase, we will adjust your account to reflect a punch for that title. You should see
    this change occur shortly.

    There are no offers to receive credits just for preordering that game. If you preordered it on or after October 1, it would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible preorders to complete the offer and receive
    the 15,000 credits.

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that the preorder would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer
    and receive credits. If you preordered the game before April 1, it would not count towards the current punchcard.

    My rewards aren't adding up. Customer Service said post here.

    Support will stick check on your credits, but yes, the games you preordered for the punchcard would only count towards that punchcard. You can only receive credits for purchase once. They can't qualify for multiple offers. Preorders don't count towards VIP
    at all so you would not have gotten the 10% back on those anyway. So you would not have receive credits for those purchases without the punchcard actually.
    then all i'd do is not preorder if thats true. Wow, if all your saying is true then rewards are a border line scam and I need to read the fine print
