Xbox Rewards pre-order points

Discus and support Xbox Rewards pre-order points in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I bought 3 pre-order games, and still appears to me that I just made 2 pre-orders, and I didnt recive my points.     I bought 3 pre-order games, and still appears to me that I just made 2 pre-orders, and I didnt recive my points. Please someone can help me with that?

    reward points

    if I pre order games or buy something that is qualified for reward points do I still get the points if I pre order it or buy something on my xbox or do I have to go to the rewards website ?

    Points not showing.

    I have pre-ordered Sea of Thieves a few weeks ago and have not received rewards points for the pre-order. Do purchases from the xbox store not count towards rewards?

    Hello FBMamedeS,

    It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process all new activity. Since your purchase was just made on the fourth, it was not received until recently.

    They have rewards for pre-orders on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site.

    There's even a specific mission related to pre-orders right now for Gems and a 15,000 point bonus: https://rewards.xbox.com/en-US/games-on-demand/

    If Pre-orders are excluded, then at what point do those purchases count? If they don't then that would mean that it's actually detrimental to pre-order any game period as far as Xbox rewards is concerned (aside from the slight VIP rank boost).

    Hi MobToOoL,

    I am assuming you mean this offer : "Exclusive to Xbox Live Rewards members, you can pre-order your Xbox One or Xbox 360 games through Microsoftstore.com and earn 15,000 Rewards Credits for each pre-orderable game..."

    In the
    terms and conditions     it says you get the points once the games have shipped. They wouldn't give out points before the games shipped in case you tried to cancel your pre-order after receiving the points.

    I`ve got your reply.

    Virtually every quarter, pre-orders have their own promotion that run and typically reward 15,000 reward points for pre-ordering 3 eligible titles. Unless you are a 5 Star MyVip member and receive the full 10% back then that promotion is worth more than
    you would get if you just pre-ordered them at received MyVip % back.
