Xbox rewards pre-order mission

There was a mission to pre-order 3 games and get 15k credits. I pre-ordered resident evil, wildlands, and mass effect. I never received any credits and now I see that mission is gone....help

The best Rewards of past, present, and future punch card doe not update

Hi Xbox live reward support,

I've bought following games under my xbox account in 2016 december:

Halo 5, Rise of Tomb Raider, Gears of War 4, BattleFields 1, pre-order Halo War 2

So I should completed the mission of "The best Rewards of past, present, and future". But the mission doesn't refect those progress properly. Would you verify those order and grant me the mission complete reward points?

Xbox Reward Pre-order Mission

The physical disc pre-order promotion from microsoftstore.com delivers the 15,000 credits 10-15 business days after the game launches. As Battlefield 1 released on October 21st you can expect the deposit between November 4th - 11th.

 

Support will double check for you, but keep in mind that the credits for that offer should show as pending after all 3 games have been released. Since Mass Effect just released, it would be too soon to see those credits pending.

It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity. Since your most recent purchase was made on the 17th, the Credits were placed as pending only yesterday.
