Xbox rewards points conversion

I redeemed vip gems last month for rewards points. I now have over 7000 points pending. However once I reached this number the date of conversion went away. I assumed it would be converted to money on the 15th as that was the next scheduled interval but
the 15th has come and gone. It is now the 22nd and I've still not had my points converted to currency. There is also no longer a button to force a currency conversion. I went over 5000 on 3/02 currently it is 3/22. What needs to be done? Thanks in advance.

MyVIP Gems to Microsoft Rewards Points

So with the new transition between Xbox Live Rewards and Microsoft Points and the conversion of "Any remaining MyVIP Gems left in your account after that day will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points once the transition is complete", what is the conversion
rate? 1:1? If so, what is the logic behind this transition because the main way I go about getting Gems is spending money, and a single USD is worth about 20 Gems (Xbox One X Conversion factor). In Microsoft Points, a single USD is worth about 967 points ($3
Xbox Gift Card Conversion) or 910 points ($100 Windows Gift Card Conversion). I have some other reasons for not liking Microsoft Points but regardless, I want to know what the conversion between Gems and Points will be because there is no logic in waiting
for them to convert if it is a 1:1 ratio. My only question is what this conversion will be, and to to express my opinion on a change that I cannot see any benefits from. Thanks

They would be scheduled to be deposited on the 29th.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they
are deposited by the 15th of the next month. The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first.

As I stated before I went over 5000 on march the 2nd, which means they should have been redeemed on the 15th. It's now april and still nothing.

Support will check into it, but per the program's FAQ, 5,000 credits is equal to £3. So 50,000 should be £30.

It does sound as though you had some credits deposited, but your 50,000 may not have been part of that yet.

The 50,000 Credit Console Upgrade offers were only for select members. Since you registered after the offer began in October, it would not have been possible for you to be selected for either of the 50,000 Credit offers. You were awarded the default offer
of 30,000 Credits.
