Xbox rewards 'play game pass' not working

Hi the 'play game pass' daily rewards is not working, it wasn't working yesterday or today. I have tried on the mobile app and on xbox-x device. Have also switched off and on

This effects the Daily rewards and Weekly rewards requiring 'play three different Game Pass games'. Weekly 'gang Beasts'. Monthly 'play 10 different Game Pass games' and Monthly 'Quest Completionist'

A lot of us are experiencing Game Pass quest issues. I can't get the Play Game Pass daily to work, but all other quests work. I've submitted the issue to Feedback Hub, Windows Key + F, Microsoft Rewards and to Xbox Support. They appear to be aware of the
issues with Game Pass quests, but they are backed up right now and we all have to be patient.

Yep - same here. Log into GamePass App Daily Quest works fine, as do the other Quests. Hopefully we'll be sorted soon enough.

It's a known issue that they are working on. Once it's cleared up, it should start working again. http://xbox.com/status

The Xbox Rewards program is not the same as the Microsoft Rewards program. So if you redeemed Microsoft Rewards points for game pass, you would need to continue trying to work with Microsoft Rewards support. Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist.

good to know: EA play games does not count for play a game pass game. And the games have to be played 15min+.

But if "play a game on console" doesn't work either you should contact the Rewards support. You'll find the link at the bottom of the Rewards site of your country. (not the feedback link)
