Xbox rewards page showing 0 progress for everything

Just curious as to why the rewards page is showing 0 progress for everything. According to xbox stats im in/above top 4% for hours played, achievements, ect. None of which is showing on my rewards. Attached pictures will show you some of the time ive put
in just wondering why none of it shows

Xbox Rewards is not showing my progress of anything? Still at 0 credits for some odd reason?

I signed up for Xbox Rewards around July and non of my progress has been showing up and it shows that I still have 0 credits. I want to know if I made a mistake or if something is wrong with my Xbox Rewards.

Xbox Live Challenges not connecting to my account.

Greetings,

The Gears of War 4 Rewards (Gears of War 4 - My Rewards | Gears of War - Official Site) is not connecting to my account and unlocking progress/awards. Specifically the current Horde challenge. It's showing 0/200 waves completed and I've done at least 50 waves over the last
week's time. Something on the back end is not connecting to my account.

Since you are not a Rewards member, we are not pulling data for your account. If you only recently registered, please keep in mind that it can take us from 48-96 hours to register your account, as mentioned on the registration page. Additionally, we only
refresh statistics from your last 60 days of activity, and not the lifetime of your account.

And once the points are deposited, you can find the money balance at account.microsoft.com on the left side of the webpage. The green progress bar on your rewards page will also reset to 0 points.

This have been done to no success! Still all of then is showing 0% progress.

Go to your rewards page then goto redeem and the gamepass code should be there at 0 points.

What's weird is in my achievements section on the Xbox One I have two achievement slots for Bad Company 2. One slot shows all my progress and new achievements show up here but there is no section that shows time played. In the second slot it shows time played
on Xbox One in one section and a second section is for achievements which shows 0/0 achievements and that's all that this second slot shows. Very strange!
