Xbox Rewards On PC and Mobile APP doesn't show to me

Yes, I have tried mobile data and other wifi (my friends house, and he is able to use Xbox awards) and I'm not using any type of VPN

I tried from my cellphone, and from my PC, but nothing seems to works

I play more than some of my friends and it's seems unfair, because I'm not earning any points.

May I know if you tried using another wi-fi network or mobile data on your phone to see if the issue persists?

Also, if you're using a VPN service please disable it on both devices (if available)

Apart from the things you said on the post, could you tell me if you tried something else?

I'm using the app on the mobile phone, but have also tried it on a tablet and a friends PC. The friends PC that I tried it on was the same PC that he uses to access his rewards page on his xbox app.

Looking into this, it seems it was released in November on a Trial basis with users being selected at random...don't think anything has been rolled out globally yet:

Edit: Just logged into the Xbox Mobile app as was curious (haven't used it for 6 months+) and the quests are showing. Weird

Are you trying to use the Xbox app on a PC or mobile? The PC app doesn't have that feature.
