Xbox rewards not working

Good afernoon,

The xbox rewards program is not working at all on my account.

I have about 13,500 earned credits, but i never could cash them in because i just couldn't.

This week i finally could cash in some credits but it's only like 3100, while i have 13,500 total earned credits that i nevercashed in.

And if i look at the not cashed in credits list it says i have only 900 unused points while the program never worked for me.

Hi,

the xbox live rewards are not working. the only thing that works is the survey. And I bought so many games in the store and it stil doesnt work. does anybody have this problem?

Hello GlobalHaloPro4U,

The 13,900 Credits is your lifetime Credit amount. This includes already deposited Credits. If you view/sort your MyStatement on the MyRewards page by Lifettime Rewards Earned, you will see that you have received 13,650 already as deposits on November 12th
and January 25th.

This can also be confirmed from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as refunds with a negative amount (since we are adding funds to your account).
