    HI, I receive an email regularly from Xbox stating the following:

    [table][tr][td]Hi , We attempted to deposit funds into your Microsoft account you use with Xbox Live, but we encountered an error. To fix this, we need you to take the following steps: 1. Go to Microsoft Billing. 2. Make sure your account information (including country and region) is correct. 3. If you're still experiencing problems, make a post to the Xbox Forums. [/td][/tr][/table]

    My address is correct, I have confirmed this over the phone before. An xbox one was shipped to my house at the same address and everything on the account page is correct.

    Please fix this or stop sending the emails.

    Hi,

    the xbox live rewards are not working. the only thing that works is the survey. And I bought so many games in the store and it stil doesnt work. does anybody have this problem?

    Hi there,

    Have you posted this over in the Xbox Rewards section of the forums yet?

    forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

    If not, I recommend doing that so. The Live Rewards team there will be best suited to looking into and remedying the issue.

    I Redeemed points for a 1-Month Code for the Xbox Game Pass and did not get the code.

    The Xbox Rewards program is not the same as the Microsoft Rewards program. So if you redeemed Microsoft Rewards points for game pass, you would need to continue trying to work with Microsoft Rewards support. Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist.

    For help with the Rewards program, you'd want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. There is a known issue with those codes that they are working on.
