    Hello,

    Once again I am posting to find out why my Rewards are not depositing/having issues. There are no known issues with my account, and there are no issues I can find with my profile or information either.

    1. I have over 10,000+ points that should have auto-deposited already, but they have not. There is no manual request button available either.

    2. Also, it does not seem to be accumulating points for me now as best as I can tell.

    3. A third issue is that I have done the survey every month and it now shows that I have not done the October Survey at all, and thus have not received points either.

    Xbox not working...AGAIN

    well, thanks for your reply but that doesnt help me at all, I refuse to give microsoft another penny of mine, personally. Especially since the console was refurbished a year and a half ago. Microsoft just needs to learn how to make a product that can last
    more than 2 years if they want to charge 300 dollars for it...

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process detects that it is not correctly receiving the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts
    the process. Depositing into any other payment account besides the primary account could lead to many different issues, most likely of which is funds being deposited somewhere that they cannot be accessed. This is an issue that we are working on resolving
    with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. While they have been able to provide fixed deposits like your previous deposit, at the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem
    will be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    We see that you have been accurately Rewarded. Keep in mind that as stated on the FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We only calculated October MyVIP on the sixth this month, and those Credits are now pending.

    We do not have any indication that you took the October survey. Please be sure to fully complete the survey until you see the confirmation message at the end of the survey.
