Xbox Rewards Not updating mystats

I've been with rewards a while now but it says I have only played 5 games and had two hours of apps usage, which is completely wrong, so how do I fix this as I have probably missed out on rewards now. my gamer score is right but the rest is wrong. I tried
contacting xbox on phone but was told had to do it in this forum again, please help

xbox live rewards MyStats.

There might be one game that's right for me in the most played for the last 6 months. My achievements earned dwarfs the community but I guess you can't count on it being right.

Neat addition if it was accurate.

Is anyone getting stats for My Gameplay - Time Spent & My Entertainment Use? Because it has no data.

Xbox Live Rewards trouble

I am having trouble with my xbox live rewards. its saying i dont have gold but im on a family plan and its locked me out of mystats , myachievements and everything. need help.

Stats are based on the information the Rewards program receives from the Xbox servers. That information is only for the past 30 days, not your entire time on Live and does not update in real time.

Smwutches is correct. MyStats are only based off a recent snapshot of your activity, and not your lifetime activity. Furthermore, gameplay/achievements are only awarded with Credits if they are a part of specific offer.

The stats aren't very accurate. Some of my stats are way off the mark.

Yeah, stats are up to interpretation. I saw 4 games. I've played a lot more than 4 games. Showed one game just because I got 900 achievement score. I only played it a few weeks. It's still better than nothing, which we were getting. I've gotten quite a few
marketplace points. I'm not going to complain about MS giving me ~$15.

Not getting stats for entertainment use. The numbers given for everything else are wrong. I would like to know what were the most earned achievements and average gamerscore earned in the last month or so but six months is too long of a time period for
me to care. I also don't care what the most purchased avatar item is. That's just another opportunity for them to advertise.
