Xbox Rewards Not showing anything

Hi..

Even though i've bought and pre-ordered a bunch of titles, i haven't recevied a single reward point for any of my games.

Not even anything for achievements or for playing games currently under the my missions tab.

I haven't received any reward points in ages now, and didn't think much of it, but since so much time has passed, and so many more games pre-ordered and bought, not to mention the achievements and other games played, i thought i'd poke around for some help
here.

Issue with account balance

I received the email for 'Your Rewards Statement: February 2017' showing I earn rewards credits. It is also showing a deposit in my Microsoft Account Billing History, but nothing was added to my Microsoft Account balance, I contacted Xbox Support Chat and
was redirected to post this issue here. I am part of the Xbox One Preview Alpha ring, if that effects anything.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, you purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates (preorders
do not count towards VIP)

There are generally no offers to receive credits just for playing games or earning achievements. Achievements can earn credits if they are part of a specific offer (like the current Warrior offer)

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member,
you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Furthermore, we see multiple Credit and deposit events on your account, including a large deposit made on March 8th. You can review this on the MyStatement section on the MyRewards page, and confirm the deposits as currency on the commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. You can then use these funds by selecting your Microsoft Account as the payment method for your purchases.
