    Xbox Rewards not seeing my games or app usage. My rewards total is right but it still shows 0 for games bought, played and own. Its the same for app usage.

    For help with the rewards program, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. If you can post the offer you're looking for credits from, that will help support look into it also.

    I'm not seeing my rewards from purchases I made on the 1st of the month. What's going on. I need help with this, someone's I receive emails and 90%of the time I never see any emails.

    We see that you currently have stats in your MyStats section of the MyCommunity page. It's possible that there may have been a connectivity issue while you were checking the page, or we may have been updating those stats in the time you checked.
