    Xbox rewards not recognising gold account.


    I've just recently extended my live gold. I used a prepaid voucher code and used this a week before my gold expired 18-03-17. Now on my rewards account it says upgrade to XBL gold to earn 6%. I have a gold subscription and there has been no break in between
    subscription. My gold sub now expires 27-03-18. Please sort this out as I should be on 6% not 3%.

    Rewards has stopped recognising my Gold membership

    Hello!

    A couple of days ago, I noticed that my Rewards account has stopped recognising that I am a Gold member. It is saying "You could be earning x% back by going Gold", yet I have had an automatically renewing Gold membership for years. Is this
    just a glitch, and will I still earn additional Gold-related rewards?

    Hi, I've been an xbox live gold member for a few years now and recently renewed again in the last few days. Since i renewed my xbox live rewards account is recognising me as a silver account holder and won't allow me to view stats. Do any of you know how

    Hello BaldingChad,

    It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity. Since you just recently changed your subscription, we have not yet received that information. Once that information is processed, your Gold status should resume from March 27th.

    Hi is there any update on this issue? I'm still only on 3%.

    Any news on this would be great as I've made purchases and concerned that my cashbook rewards are going to be at current 3% and not 6% as it should be.

    We are currently working with the team in charge of subscriptions, and have a good lead on why this is occurring. Can you confirm that you are a member of the preview program, and have participated in the Game Pass preview?

    In the meanwhile, we'll be duplicating your free payback event from March to reflect the double % back from Gold, while we continue to work on this issue. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Unfortunately, we do not have a solid estimate on when to expect this issue to be resolved. Rest assured that we will continue to monitor your account until we can guarantee this issue is fixed. While we hope to have this problem resolved before the next
    MyVIP payback is calculated, if we receive word that the issue persists, we will duplicate your Credit event again. For some background, what is occurring is that a recent change in how subscriptions are categorized and listed caused the information to not
    be available on the usual database. Therefore, your account is showing up as Free, since it is not receiving the proper information on your Gold subscription. Our team is working in conjunction with the subscriptions team on correctly identifying your subscription.
    Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
