Xbox rewards not letting me claim

Did all that and still nothing, I’m mad at Microsoft now for this cause this is unfair I haven’t done anything wrong I was just puting points on a sweepstakes and redeem all my point and they have the nerve to actually refused to let me put more into the sweepstakes, this is unfair

In this situation, considering everything you've tried before, really, the only thing you can do is wait for a few days to see if the Microsoft Rewards Support form unlocks automatically or if they lift the suspension upon realizing it's an error. As I mentioned before, I'm not sure if it's intentional that you can't fill out the form due to the suspension, and since what you've tried before hasn't worked, the only option is to wait.

I'd like to be able to help you more, but as you can understand, being a player like you and with you having tried the things I mentioned before, there's not much more I can do since I don't have access to any accounts or information about Microsoft Rewards suspensions.

Problem is I can’t reply at all, like I try to type in the box but it’s all gray and I can’t type or send anything at all

Hello again, Francisco. I'm sorry to read that you're unable to fill out the Microsoft Rewards Support form because everything appears grayed out.

Have you checked if the same issue occurs when using a different web browser or when trying it from an incognito/InPrivate window?

If the problem persists, then I recommend trying it by logging in from a different account. In any case, one of the fields in the form asks for the email linked to your Microsoft account, where you should enter the email of the suspended account.

However, it seems that some players have difficulties when trying to contact their Support team after being suspended. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not.

I recommend trying to do it from a different internet connection. For example, if you have mobile data on your phone, try using that to see if it allows you to contact the Microsoft Rewards Support. This way, we can rule out any issues related to your current connection.
