    Xbox rewards not giving me points for purchases


    I appear to have not received Xbox rewards points for purchases that I have made over the past few months I used to get them earlier this year but all of a sudden this has stopped I have waited and waited to see if they suddenly appear in my account

    Any help would be great thank you

    If I buy ROBUX from XBOX Store, will I receive ROBUX? (I dont own XBOX, Im playing on MS Store version of ROBLOX)

    I use Microsoft rewards and I redeem 6k points and I redeem it for robux in the xbox store and I thought it was going to give me code but it didn't
    Points purchased from Microsoft must be redeemed on an Xbox console.

    50K points ??? I just bought the Gears 2TB edition 3 weeks ago...very sad.

    i have no points pending and did my purchase via chat on Thanksgiving day because the promo wasn't giving me expedited shipping. Chat assured me all was well and rewards would show after purchase....this is disappointing.

    When you visit the Xbox Live Rewards page you can find a link the FAQ for the transition to Microsoft Rewards. The FAQ indicates that your MyVIP Star Rank will give you bonus Points for your purchases, e.g., 4 Star Rank will give
    you 80 bonus points per $1 spent (90 points per dollar total). This will extend through Dec 31, 2018.
