xbox rewards not depositing

For the last couple years I have been having major issues with my xbox live account. I've spent hours on the phone with tech support trying to resolve and issue where my gamer tag was some how merged with an old gamer tag from years ago and I wasn't able
to make purchases using funds on my account. That seems to be kind of working again, but for the last couple years I haven't been getting any rewards points at all. When I log in to my xbox live account it tells me that my rewards are not being deposited and
that I need to update my billing info. That info is complete and correct and has been for some time. I am still not getting my rewards and need some assistance in getting that resolved. Thank you in advance for your help.

My Xbox live rewards are not depositing into my Microsoft account. Please initiate a force manual deposit.

We responded to your previous post at (My Rewards are not depositing into my account.). At the current time, we have not yet received a resolution
for this issue from the team responsible for the database where the error is occurring. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is

It could be a rewards deposit.

For help with the Rewards program, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. There was no deposit scheduled for the 14th. The first deposit for this month took place on the 12th. If you requested a deposit on or after the 9th, the
credits would be scheduled for the end of the month deposit.

I've received the same thing. I've received a "$10 xbox live rewards deposit," and two "$5 xbox live rewards deposit." I thought this was kind of odd, as I did not request these. Also it states on the transaction record that these "deposits" are also "refunds." Weird!!!

Your account points, are they Xbox Rewards credits (rewards.xbox.com), or are the Microsoft Rewards (formerly called Bing Rewards) points?

For Xbox Rewards credits have you requested a deposit already on rewards.xbox.com? Keep in mind deposits are done by the 15th and 30th of the month. If you requested a deposit, did it give you a specific date?

If they are Microsoft Reward points (Bing rewards) Microsoft.com/rewards, you have to redeem them for one of the options though that site.

They are two separate programs with two different redemption options. Microsoft Rewards won't show on Xbox Rewards same as Xbox Rewards credits won't show in your Microsoft Rewards page.
