Xbox Rewards Not Crediting My Account

I am an xbox rewards member and am not receiving any credits when I should be rewarded. I was told after several phone calls with Microsoft's support call and online chat representatives that the only way this can be resolved is by writing a forum post.
An odd way in my opinion of getting help with this issue, but regardless, please advise.

Has anyone else got $6.00 free from microsoft on 360?

I was going to purchase a few games from xbox live on my 360 and I went to add a credit card and saw that for some reason that microsoft put $6.00 into my microsoft account and thought that was just from the rewards program. But I happen to check another account on my xbox 360 that i didn't even use the rewards program with and have just purchase one game with that account and it also has $6.00 in that account also is Microsoft given out $6.00 to us or what is the deal?

Xbox rewards not crediting

Hi,

It appears my Xbox Rewards are not depositing to my account again. This happened once before a couple years ago, and it was identified as a Database issue, but a few months later all my points were deposited in my account. After that point, points have
not been depositing on a monthly basis, and have been accumulating up to this point. I currently have 80,000+ awaiting deposit, and was hoping someone can assist and perform what was done last time to push these credits to my account.

If you can post the offers you're missing credits from, it will help Rewards support check into any specific issues quicker.

Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.

Thanks, that's mean for 50,000 rewards credits they will be directly deposited as USD $50 to my account? (I'm in the US)

I can see the credits have been added to my XBox Live Rewards account not the Microsoft Rewards account. I assume these will be moved over on switch day?

From the previously available FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in.

From the transition FAQ:

What about my current Xbox Live Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems balance?

If you have any pending Rewards Credits in your Xbox Live Rewards account on May 31, 2018, or if you are expecting your MyVIP deposit for purchases made in May 2018, Xbox Live Rewards will convert them into your local currency and deposit them in your
Microsoft account by the end of June 2018. You will then have 1 year to spend that currency on digital items from the Microsoft Store.

If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog. See the next question for when to expect your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems if you have opted-out of making the
transition to Microsoft Rewards.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel a user's request to cancel their account. However, since your region is becoming Microsoft Rewards, you will receive a deposit of any pending Credit at the time of the final transition to that program, as stated in the FAQ:

If I opt-out of Xbox Live Rewards, what happens to my existing Rewards Credits?

Once you opt-out, you will immediately stop earning Xbox Live Rewards Credits. Xbox Live Rewards members who choose to opt-out of the programme rather than make the transition to Microsoft Rewards will not forfeit any pending Xbox Live Rewards Credits
in their account. Instead, your remaining Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems balance will be deposited into your Microsoft account in the form of your local currency. You will then have one (1) year to spend that currency on digital items from the Microsoft Store
or any other successor store.
