Xbox Rewards not converted to currency

Discus and support Xbox Rewards not converted to currency in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Gamertag - My account ha 5250 Reward Credits but they have not been converted to money, why is this?     My account ha 5250 Reward Credits but they have not been converted to money, why is this? I was told it will take a couple hours. Still nothing. Very disappointed.

    Credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. Generally, if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposites by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they
    are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

    So, does this mean, since Feb. doesn't have 30 days, we need to wait until the 15th?

    The 15th and 30th are just the latest dates that deposits can take place. They usually take place earlier. The last deposit for February took place on the 22nd. If you still have credits pending, then they were not added in time for that deposit.

    Credits are automatically deposited into your account by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you got to 5,000 after October 15, they should be deposited on the 10th of this month (the next deposit date).
