    Xbox rewards niet ontvangen


    Hallo xbox,

    Ik heb vorige maand een email gekregen van xbox met de mededeling dat er 250 reward credits op mijn account zouden worden bij geschreven, omdat ik èèn van de eerste Nederlanders was die zich voor xbox rewards heeft aangemeld. Helaas heb ik deze rewards na
    2 stortingsdagen nog steeds niet ontvangen. Ik hoop dat dit snel word opgelostXbox rewards niet ontvangen :)

    Dus, een paar daagjes geleden heb ik 12 maanden xbox live gekocht van de site xboxlive-codes.nl Toen ik de xbox live gekocht had, en de code wilde inwisselen kreeg ik de statuscode 801613C9. Gek genoeg, ik kan geen klantenervaring toevoegen en ook geen
    reviews posten, echt super gaar!!! A.U.B. Xbox, ik heb jullie gebeld, en werd 3 minuten aan de lijn gehouden zonder enig antwoord. Ik heb jullie ook ge-emaild maar na 4 dagen nog steeds geen antwoord. Dit is heel slechte service die ik zo heel weinig gezien
    heb bij Xbox. WAT IS DEZE CODE? Ik wil niet of boos doen ofzo, maar als ik weer geen hulp van Microsoft/Xbox ontvang, zal ik super teleurgesteld zijn en. En trouwens, de (neppe) site is zoiezo al de pineut als ze me niet terugmailen of mij mijn geld teruggeven,
    want ik doe gewoon aangifte en verspreid het nieuws. Hartelijk dank voor ieders hulp!!! Trouwens, ik heb de code op een nederlandse site gekocht.

    Als je op de rewards website de FAQ bekijkt zie je het volgende staan:

    When will I get my Rewards Credits?

    A. Rewards Credits will be converted into your country's local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account by the 15th and 30th of each month, once you hit
    5,000 Credits. If you have less than 5,000 Credits, they will be held as Pending until a quantity of 5,000 is reached.

    Nog even door sparen dus Xbox rewards niet ontvangen :)

    Please try highilighting the game from the dashboard and press the Start button on your controller. Select Manage Game and look in the list to see if the content has been installed. If you do not see it there then go to Ready to Install in that menu to
    check.

    If you still cannot find it there then search for it in the store and start the download there. Please also remember that you may need to find the content in game

    Thanks for reaching out to us! If I'm understanding correctly, you purchased Microsoft store credit but it has not shown in your account. Please be sure that the account you made the purchase on is the exact same account that is associated with your profile
    on the console. If this is the case and you have not received your gift card amount, then you must
    contact Support for assistance.

    I hope this helps a bit more! Please let us know the results.
