    hi i've been told to check my info to make sure it's right because each month i get a error saying can't deposit rewards. the info in my profile is all correct . so i dont know what else i need to do so i can get my rewards. can you help me thanks

    Never Have Received Rewards

    I haven't been tracking rewards very closely, thinking they would just accrue automatically but I haven't received any since I opted in. I know I should have been awarded some for pre-ordering For Honor but I still haven't received any. Is there something
    else I need to do on my side? Also, is there any way to look at rewards points that I should have been awarded since I signed up?

    Never Have Received Rewards

    Hello VanahWhite,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    With that knowledge, lets use your recent For Honor purchase as an example.

    In terms of offers, we can see that your purchase was a pre-order, and your purchase date was within the offer period for Games on Demand. Therefore, that purchase awarded one Games on Demand punch. However, that offer requires 3 eligible purchases to complete,
    and receive Credits. That purchase was not eligible for any other offer.

    Since it is a pre-order, that purchase was not eligible for MyVIP payback. Furthermore, since you do not have any MyVIP stars, you are not eligible for payback, so it would not have awarded any Credits.

    Generally, you do not need to do anything unique for offers. However, the Simply Rewarding offer we are currently running does require you to opt in before we begin tracking purchases for that offer.

    Never have received any rewards.

    Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST. So you won't hear from them until the week. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least
    1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    We do not see any previous registration attempt before your successful registration two days ago. Since you were not a member until recently, those purchases were not eligible for Rewards. Only Xbox Live Rewards members are eligible for Rewards. From our
